Working within this small, busy team specialising in the collection of monies for both private and commercial customer you will be required to work with in accordance with travel regulatory guidelines.
You will need to ensure that any queries*problems are resolved in a timely manner and payments are kept up-to-date. Ideally, you will have at least 1 year’s credit control experience, excellent customer service skills and effective communication skills (both verbal and written).
You will also need to have confidence and be assertive in order to deal with the day-to-day challenges that this role brings (preference will be given to candidates with Credit Control *Sales Ledger experience).
